Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, front desk or reception.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
• Manage reception tasks, mail, payments, and repairs coordination.
• Act as first aider and fire marshal, supporting safety checks and wellbeing initiatives.
• Welcome new residents, address complaints, and report concerns as appropriate.
