YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking a proactive Housing and Support Advisor to be the frontline contact for residents and visitors. You will provide information, holistic advice, and a high-quality customer service experience across a busy reception and wellbeing environment.

The role involves reception duties, basic safety duties, and engaging with residents and their support networks to maintain a welcoming, safe building and positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle a variety of inquiries with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
• Manage reception duties, mail, repairs coordination, and payments.
• Act as first aider and fire marshal, supporting safety in the building.
• Welcome new residents and engage with the health and wellbeing community.
