YMCA St Paul’s Group in Harrow is seeking a Housing and Support Assistant to deliver high-quality housing and support to residents. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing holistic information and advice.

Responsibilities include reception duties, first aid, fire marshal, health and safety, and welcoming new residents. Salary £26,660.03, 35 hours per week, permanent contract, location Roxeth Gate, Harrow.

Qualifications

• Reception duties and customer service
• First aid and safety awareness
• Fire marshal duties and health & safety compliance
• Willingness to engage with residents and visitors

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and visitors
• Manage reception activities, mail, repairs, and payments
• Support safety and security duties including welfare checks and patrols
• Welcomes, listens to residents, handles inquiries and reports concerns
