Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Project Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a supported housing service in Manchester. The role focuses on safety, wellbeing, and mobility for customers, with duties ranging from incident logging to room turnover and tenancy support.

You will work with customers who have diverse needs, assisting with GP or social services communications and ensuring records are accurately maintained. A flexible schedule and commitment to safeguarding are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people (including lived experience).
• Basic administrative and IT skills to maintain records and in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Log all incidents to maintain accurate records.
• Assist with move-on and tenancy-related matters.
• Clean and prepare customer rooms for new occupants.
• Assist with adoption of safeguarding procedures and health & safety standards.
