Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Support Assistant to help run one of our supported housing services in Garnham House, Doncaster. This role focuses on safety, wellbeing and non-clinical support, with duties ranging from incident logging to helping customers access services and move-on planning.

The role requires experience in customer-facing environments and an understanding of supporting vulnerable people, plus basic admin/IT skills. Working pattern is rota-based across 7 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment and supporting vulnerable people.
• Basic administrative and IT skills for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Log all incidents to maintain accurate records.
• Clean and prepare customer rooms for the next occupant.
• Support customers with tenancy-related matters and move-on planning.
• Assist with day-to-day administration and operational duties.
