You will connect clients with employability coaches, assist with budgeting, benefits access, and progression to more stable housing, while maintaining thorough records.

The role requires resilience, empathy and a willingness to work flexible hours within a rolling rota.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Experience delivering structured support and risk management.
• Able to work as part of a team with empathy.
• Flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers connecting with employability and benefits.
• Help customers manage money and sign up for housing or benefits.
• Keep accurate records and case notes.
• Support customers to be tenancy ready and financially independent.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and escalate risks.
