Job summary

Riverside is recruiting for a Project Assistant in Bristol. The role supports the daily operation of a housing service, focusing on safety, wellbeing and tenancy-related tasks. You will log incidents, prepare rooms for new occupants and assist customers in liaising with GP, Social Services or Benefits teams.

The role involves a mix of early, mid and late shifts, with weekend work on a 1-in-3 basis, in a 37.5-hour week. Riverside offers competitive pay and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable client groups.
• Experience delivering structured support in housing or social care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of a supported housing service.
• Log incidents to maintain accurate records and safety planning.
• Prepare rooms for new occupants and assist with tenancy-related matters.
• Signpost customers to external support services and resources.
• Deliver a range of group work sessions and admin duties.
