Job summary

Riverside is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist customers in our Lime Tree Gardens service in Camden. You will connect clients to employability coaches and support agencies, help with money management, benefits, and housing moves, while maintaining accurate records and admin tasks.

The role requires resilience, empathy, and a team‑oriented approach, with flexible hours and potential lone working. You’ll contribute to empowering customers on their journey to independence.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable people
• Experience of delivering structured support and risk management
• Team player with a caring and empathetic nature with a resilient, can‑do attitude
• Lived experience of homelessness or drug/alcohol addiction could be relevant
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, including lone working

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers at Riverside services, connecting them with employability coaches and other agencies.
• Help customers manage money, sign up for benefits or move to a more permanent home.
• Record all activities and maintain admin records as required.
• Deliver care with resilience and empathy while protecting confidentiality.
