Job summary

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are seeking an experienced Housing Standards Systems Manager to lead the technical, systems and digital operations underpinning Housing Standards services. The role combines system ownership, data governance and analytics with line management to ensure compliant, efficient and continuously improving services.

You will oversee IDOX configuration, data structures, workflows and reporting, driving transformation and delivering high-quality insights to support

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation programmes to deliver service improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Housing Standards legislation and governance.
• Experience in managing budgets and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as systems owner and technical lead for Housing Standards and Warm Homes,including IDOX administration and data workflows.
• Lead data management, analytics and performance reporting to support decision making.
• Drive digital transformation and implement new or enhanced digital solutions.
• Provide operational and people management of a small team.
• Support financial and programme performance with robust data reporting.
