Job summary

ateb is seeking an experienced Housing Solutions Team Leader to guide a team of Housing Coordinators, delivering responsive tenancy services and strong customer outcomes.

The role focuses on leading ASB case work, including complex investigations and court attendance, while ensuring service improvements within regulatory requirements. Hybrid/flexible working and 37 hours per week are offered.

A housing qualification such as CIH Level 5 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or similar environment.
• Strong ASB case management experience, including complex cases and court proceedings.
• Experience leading, supervising or managing a team.
• Understanding of tenancy and community management.
• Experience managing risk and making sound professional decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Housing Coordinators.
• Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Oversee housing and tenancy management, ensuring effective case handling.
• Lead high/medium-level ASB cases and provide expert support.
• Assist customers with concerns, safeguarding and complex issues.
• Help customers access advice and sustain tenancies.
• Use data and feedback to drive service improvements.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with customers and external partners.
