Job summary

ateb is recruiting an experienced Housing Solutions Team Leader to oversee a team of Housing Coordinators and ensure high-quality, responsive housing and tenancy services. The role focuses on leading ASB case work, including complex scenarios, and supporting the team to deliver optimal customer outcomes.

You will lead on risk management, attend court when required, and drive service improvements through data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ASB cases, including complex cases and court proceedings.
• Experience leading, supervising or managing a team.
• Good understanding of tenancy and community management.
• Experience managing risk and resolving problems to make sound decisions.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Housing Coordinators.
• Set objectives, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Oversee housing and tenancy management activities.
• Take responsibility for high and medium-level ASB cases and provide expert support.
• Support the team in dealing with customer concerns, safeguarding and other complex issues.
• Help customers access advice and support to sustain tenancies.
• Use data and feedback to identify service improvements.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
