Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch of around 350 homes across York and surrounding areas. You will handle customer enquiries, ensure rent is paid, and let homes quickly to maximise income, while resolving anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.

You''ll delight customers and act as landlords of choice. You will work with customers and partners to resolve issues promptly, influence decisions with positive neighbourhood impact, and travel to the team

Qualifications

• Front-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort dealing with challenging conversations and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income.
• Helping to resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.
• Delighting customers and turning them into fans and advocates of Thirteen as landlord of choice.
• Thinking differently to make decisions with lasting positive impact on neighbourhoods.
