Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch around Cleckheaton, handling customer enquiries, rent collection and let progression to maximise income. You’ll resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues while delivering high-quality service responsive to needs.

The role involves travel to team offices in Hull and Middlesbrough 2–3 times per week, with a strong focus on customer delight and community impact.

Qualifications

• Front-facing housing role requiring strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations with confidence and respect.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries to ensure rent is paid and homes are let quickly.
• Help resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.
