Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch of around 350 homes across York and surrounding areas, handling customer enquiries, rent collection, and letting homes quickly to maximise income. You will address anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues, aiming to delight customers and build advocacy for Thirteen as the landlord of choice.

You will work with customers and partners, being part of a large team with travel to team offices, and you’ll think

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are key.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations with customers.
• Dynamic and energetic approach with willingness to think of new ideas and approaches.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, ensure rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income.
• Help resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.
• Delight customers and turn them into advocates of Thirteen as landlord of choice.
