Job summary

Mears Group is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Milton Keynes to be the first point of contact for tenants, handling repairs, appointments and general enquiries. You will raise jobs, manage emails and coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure work is scheduled and completed efficiently.

This 16-hour weekend role requires strong organisational skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to handle complaints effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls related to repairs, appointments and general enquiries.
• Manage email communications, raise jobs and coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to schedule and complete work.
• Order materials, update records and support the wider team with scheduling and follow-ups.
