Job summary

YMCA Heart of England seeks an Assistant Housing & Progression Manager to lead a team of Progression Officers delivering housing management to residents in the scheme. Based predominantly in Erdington, Birmingham, the post is full-time and permanent with a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership qualities with experience in housing/settings for residents.
• Experience in supported housing and safeguarding residents’ welfare.
• Knowledge of current legislation relating to housing and homelessness.
