• Triage residents approaching the council for help with housing to determine homelessness risk.
• Booking appointments for the Prevention & Assessment Officer and gathering initial information.
• Provide initial housing advice and details of homelessness prevention options in private and public sectors.
• Provide operational and administrative support within the Prevention & Assessment Team (calls to applicants, third party enquiries, letters, notes, emails, updating records).
