You will gather information, provide initial housing advice, outline homelessness prevention options in private and public sectors, and perform administrative tasks such as calls, letters, notes, emails and updating case records.

Responsabilités

• Triage residents approaching the council for help with housing to determine homelessness risk.
• Booking appointments for the Prevention & Assessment Officer and gathering initial information.
• Provide initial housing advice and details of homelessness prevention options in private and public sectors.
• Provide operational and administrative support within the Prevention & Assessment Team (calls to applicants, third party enquiries, letters, notes, emails, updating records).
