Job summary

Ashfield District Council is seeking a Housing Policy and Compliance Officer to join our Housing Management team in Kirkby-In-Ashfield on a full-time, permanent basis (37 hours per week). The role involves shaping and reviewing housing policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to deliver positive outcomes for tenants.

You will work closely with Housing Managers and corporate colleagues, using data and tenant feedback to drive service improvements, support regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for policy development and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to develop policies, manage projects and drive service improvements.
