Job summary

You will shape, develop and review housing policies, ensuring services comply with regulatory requirements and deliver strong outcomes for tenants. You will work with Housing Managers and corporate colleagues to analyse data, incorporate tenant feedback, drive service improvements and support regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience within social housing and regulatory framework for social landlords.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to develop policies and manage projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape, develop and review housing policies to drive compliant, tenant-focused services.
• Drive service improvements using data and tenant feedback while supporting regulatory compliance.
• Assist with implementing transformation initiatives within Housing Management.
