Job summary

Ashfield District Council in Kirkby-In-Ashfield is seeking a Housing Policy and Compliance Officer on a full-time, permanent basis (37 hours per week). The role focuses on shaping and reviewing housing policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to deliver quality outcomes for tenants.

You will work with Housing Managers and corporate colleagues to use data and tenant feedback to drive improvements, develop policies, manage projects, and support transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing and tenant services.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.
• Good understanding of the regulatory framework for social landlords.
