Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience within a legal Housing department in a solicitor’s firm or a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload involving disrepair, possession, injunction, and private landlord matters.
• Drafting court documents and providing administrative support.
• Undertaking legal research and attending clients’ offices and Courts.

Skills

Good communication skills both verbally and in writing

Experience of using case management systems

Education

LLB minimum 2 : 1 or Cilex level 3 of 6
