We’re currently recruiting a Housing Options Officer to deliver an excellent housing options and advice service.

A key part of this role involves providing comprehensive advice and assistance to people in housing need, with a core focus on preventing homelessness and exploring alternative accommodation options.

We are looking for someone who has:

• The ability and passion to deliver a high-quality service to customers.
• The ability to work positively within a team setting.
• A strong knowledge of housing options legislation (or the willingness to learn), and an understanding of homelessness prevention tools.
• The ability to listen actively and empathise with customers.
