Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across sheltered and supported housing schemes. You will handle lettings, tenancy matters, compliance and resident engagement to ensure safe, well-managed environments that support residents to thrive.

You will work with care providers, commissioners and internal teams to coordinate allocations, inspections and service delivery across two schemes, Riverside Heights in Darwen

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a wide range of housing management services.
• Experience in supported or sheltered housing environment.
• Experience handling tenancy breaches and antisocial behaviour.
• Experience engaging customers and stakeholders in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-focused housing management service across sheltered and supported housing schemes.
• Manage voids and lettings with lettings and property services teams.
• Coordinate nominations, assessments and allocations with care providers and commissioners.
• Undertake accompanied viewings and tenancy sign-ups within timescales.
• Support new developments by coordinating enquiries, allocations and lettings.
• Carry out scheme inspections and health, safety, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate repairs and identify investment requirements.
• Provide advice on tenancy matters considering individual needs.
• Manage tenancy changes including exchanges and transfers.
• Deal with breaches and antisocial behaviour with specialist teams.
• Monitor cleaning, estate services and ensure standards.
• Maintain management agreements, SLAs and partnerships.
• Engage with residents and stakeholders to consider diverse needs.
• Contribute to appraisals, sustainability assessments and service reviews.
• Maintain tenancy records and contribute to reports and correspondence.
