BDHT is seeking a proactive Housing Officer to join the Communities Team. You will deliver a customer-focused housing management service, supporting a diverse range of customers while helping to create safe, sustainable communities.

You will manage tenancy and estate matters, deal with anti-social behaviour cases and work with colleagues and external partners to support customers and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment managing a range of needs or vulnerabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt approach to different people.
• Able to negotiate, influence and resolve problems to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide day-to-day housing management support.
• Manage tenancy and estate matters, including anti-social behaviour cases.
• Take a proactive, solution-focused approach and escalate enforcement where appropriate.
• Work with partners to support customers and achieve positive outcomes.
• Contribute to community projects and engage with customers to improve services.
