Housing Officer – Part Time
Wood Green - London based with a balance of home and office working
£22,264 - £23,436 per year
22 hours per week – Mon, Wed, Fri
We are looking to recruit a Housing Officer to join our London based team. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality housing management service that meets the identified needs of customers and the wider community. This is a varied opportunity that will see you managing a range of situations and helping to build key relationships between Sanctuary Housing and our tenants. Working in a professional manner to resolve problems and improve services, this role will focus on the Westminster area.

· £22,264 per annum (rising to £23,436 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £37,951 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £39,948 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
