About The Role: An exciting opportunity for a part-time Housing Management Officer based in Mulberry House, our supported housing service in Guildford. At Salvation Army Homes, we are dedicated to providing quality housing solutions and support for our residents.

Salvation Army Housing Association | Housing Management Officer

As a Housing Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing housing-related issues, providing support to residents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our housing services. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage housing applications and allocations.
  2. Provide support and guidance to residents.
  3. Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
  4. Coordinate maintenance and repair services.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports.
