Salix Homes Limited in Greater Manchester is seeking two Housing Officers to join the Housing Management team. You will manage allocations and lettings, address anti-social behaviour, support safeguarding and tenancy issues, and ensure strong customer service across your defined patch.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, community or neighbourhood setting.

Responsibilities

• Allocations and lettings
• Anti-social behaviour casework
• Domestic abuse and harassment cases
• Safeguarding and tenancy support
• Tenancy and estate management
• Tenancy changes/mutual exchanges/succession and assignment/left in occupancy
• Investigation of tenancy fraud cases
