Job summary

Horton Housing in Harrogate is recruiting a Housing Officer to join the LIFE (Living Independently For Everyone) team. The role is 35 hours per week with an annual salary of £27,588.

You will manage housing across our accommodation, covering health and safety, hazard reporting, rent queries, tenancy induction and anti-social behaviour management. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are mandatory.

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to join our brand-new LIFE (Living Independently For Everyone) team in Harrogate . This role is 35 hours per week with an annual salary of £27,588 per annum.

As a Housing Officer at LIFE Harrogate, you will be responsible for housing management across our accommodation. This includes health and safety, hazard reporting, rent queries, tenancy induction and the management of anti-social behaviour.

What you will need:
