Job summary

Horton Housing Association in Harrogate is recruiting a Housing Officer to join the LIFE team. The role is part-time (15 hours per week) with an actual salary of £11,822 per annum.

You will oversee housing management across our accommodation, including health and safety, hazard reporting, rent queries, tenancy induction and anti-social behaviour management. The successful candidate should be empathetic, with strong communication skills, able to work to deadlines, be proactive in risk

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to join our brand-new LIFE (Living Independently For Everyone) team in Harrogate. This role is 15 hours per week with an actual salary of £11,822 per annum.

As a Housing Officer at LIFE Harrogate, you will be responsible for housing management across our accommodation. This includes health and safety, hazard reporting, rent queries, tenancy induction and the management of anti-social behaviour.

What you will need:

Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle which can be insured for business use.
