Horton Housing is recruiting a Housing Officer in Halifax for a permanent part-time role (3 days/week, 21 hours). The post oversees safety checks, rent queries, and tenancy administration, reporting to the Scheme Manager.

Horton Housing are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer, who will be able to demonstrate previous experience and a solid understanding of housing management, including health and safety, hazard reporting and rent queries, and the management of anti-social behaviour.
The contract will be offered on a permanent part time basis. There is flexibility around working 3 full days per week (across Monday to Friday - 7 hours per day / 21 hours per week). The full time salary is £27,588.00 (pro rata to a part time salary of £16,552.80 per annum). You will also be entitled to 6 weeks holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time contracts) and full access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
