The post involves lone working in customers' homes, regular travel, agile working across a 37-hour week, and requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Suitable relevant experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Basic DBS check.
• Nice to have: experience in social housing environment.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and welfare reform changes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out customer visits.
• Manage low-level anti-social behaviour cases.
• Carry out estate inspections.
• Oversee void management, including allocating and letting homes.
