Job summary

Clearsprings Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Housing Officer (Dispersed Accommodation) to manage a caseload of service users, conduct welfare visits and property inspections, and coordinate with landlords and support agencies as part of dispersed accommodation management.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a 40-hour work week, and a DBS check. You will maintain accurate records, monitor health and safety, and contribute to property turnover and occupancy planning.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of around 200-250 Service Users.
• Attend dispersal and conduct induction of SU into property.
• Signpost to doctors, shops, support agencies, etc.
• Conduct monthly visits and report incidents and issues.
• Ensure SU’s are moved on by the last date of payments to landlord.
• Arrange initial transport of SUs to their accommodation or relocation.
• Ensure health and safety of SUs is maintained.
• Complete bi-weekly welfare checks.
