Job summary

BDS (Northern) Limited is recruiting a Housing Officer to cover Croydon and Southwark for a leading Housing Association. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, tenancy management, sign-ups and viewings, plus safeguarding and tenancy compliance.

You will also oversee estate standards, service contracts and drive vibrant resident engagement to support community development and a high-quality living environment within your patch.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to handle queries in a timely manner.
• Experience with tenancy management and safeguarding considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management.
• Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
• Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including safeguarding of customers.
• Oversee estate standards and service contracts to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment.
• Lead resident engagement and support community development objectives within patch to promote business objectives and tenancy sustainability.

• Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of our customers.
• Oversee estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment.
• Lead the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and support community development objectives within your geographical patch to promote business objectives and to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability.

Hours; Monday Friday 9am- 5pm

Contract- Temporary ongoing contract up to 12 months to start ASAP

Pay rate: £30.50ph UMBRELLA
