Housing Officer needed in Rugby, £18.82ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1539669

• Working on the Local Lettings Plan to ensure our allocations build a balanced and sustainable community.

• Collaborating with the Allocations Team to obtain and analyze data on potential applicants, then working with them to offer properties, subject to approval from the Housing Services Team.

• Visiting and reviewing tenancies with the Housing Services Team to determine suitability and facilitate moves at Navigation Way.

• Handling administrative elements of rent and service charge setting under the oversight of Housing Services Managers.

• Assisting the Housing Services Team in assembling sign-up information and informing new tenants about property features such as solar panels and air source heat pumps.

• Coordinating with relevant teams to add new properties to contracts related to cleaning, fire detection, grounds maintenance, etc., considering defect liability periods.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
