Housing Officer
Location: Flexible / Remote with Travel | Full-time Permanent

1 day a week in Mllton Keynes

We're looking for an experienced Housing Officer who’s excited to help shape the future of housing. You’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding housing services across a growing and dynamic portfolio – working with a forward-thinking team that’s passionate about making a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting high-quality tenancy management – from allocations to arrears to ASB

* Liaising with managing agents to ensure smooth operations and top-notch resident services

* Keeping properties compliant, safe, and well-maintained

* Supporting residents as they prepare to buy their own homes – how’s that for rewarding?

* Helping with property sales, data monitoring, estate inspections, and more

* Acting as the go-to person for community partners, residents, and internal teams

We’re Looking For:

* A housing professional with a real passion for people and progress

* Experience in tenancy management, compliance, and customer engagement

* Great communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
