James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a South London Housing Association to appoint a permanent Housing Officer. The role focuses on tenancy management and frontline tenancy support within neighbourhood services. The salary for this post is £40,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have tenancy experience, including estate visits, and the ability to manage tenancy changes, enforcement, and property inspections. Full-time hours in South London. Recent experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver face-to-face tenancy management and support customers throughout their tenancy lifecycle.
• Conduct property inspections, tenancy audits, and estate visits to ensure standards are met and address issues.
• Managing tenancy changes and enforcement, including legal action for breaches and dealing with complex enquiries.
• Supporting lettings of new builds and help develop thriving neighbourhoods.
• Promote community engagement and safety, resolving nuisance behaviour and building strong local relationships.
• Safeguarding vulnerable residents by identifying needs, signposting to support, and escalating concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records and stay informed on relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in South London, who are looking to appoint a Housing Officer on a permanent basis.

The salary for this post is £40,000.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Housing Officer role, particularly in tenancy management and neighbourhood services.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Delivering face-to-face tenancy management and support customers throughout their tenancy lifecycle
• Conducting property inspections, tenancy audits, and estate visits to ensure standards are met and address issues
• Managing tenancy changes and enforcement, including legal action for breaches and dealing with complex enquiries
• Supporting lettings of new builds and help develop thriving neighbourhoods
