Park Avenue Recruitment is partnering with a social housing provider in Essex to recruit an experienced Housing Officer on an initial 6-month contract. You will work out in the community, building relationships with residents and making decisions that directly improve their experience of public sector housing services.

• Experience in social housing or housing associations.
• Strong tenancy and neighbourhood management knowledge.
• Experience handling anti-social behaviour (ASB) and resident casework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About You:

• Housing Officer experience within social housing, a housing association, council, or wider public sector housing environment.
• Strong tenancy and neighbourhood management knowledge.
• Experience managing ASB and resident casework.
• Excellent communication skills.
