Job summary

River Clyde Homes Group is seeking a Housing Officer for a permanent, part-time role in Greenock. You’ll deliver frontline housing management, including allocations, tenancy management, rent arrears, and estate and neighbourhood oversight in line with policy and standards.

Applicants should hold an HNC/SVQ/CIH Level 3 in housing or related discipline, and a full driving licence is essential. 24.5 hours across Mon–Wed, closing date 8 October 2026 at 12pm.

This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in 18 days at 12:00 BST.

The Vacancy

• Housing Officer
• Permanent
• 24.5 hours (Monday,Tuesday & Wednesday 7 hours per day, Thursday morning 3.5 hours
• Closing Date : Thursday 8th October 2026 at 12pm

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to a strong performance culture, delivering consistently excellent results across all areas of housing management.

The postholder will have the knowledge and skills required to provide high-quality front-line housing management services, including property allocations, tenancy management, rent arrears management, and estate and neighbourhood management, in line with the Association’s policies, procedures, and standards.

To be successful in this role, you should hold an HNC, SVQ, or CIH Level 3 qualification in housing or a related discipline.

A full driving licence is also essential.
