Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is supporting a London housing provider to recruit a Housing Officer for a West London-based patch. The role is hybrid, on a 9-month contract, with an emphasis on delivering a full tenancy lifecycle and high-quality resident services.

You will manage tenancy life cycles, ASB casework, income recovery, lettings and safeguarding while collaborating with local authorities and partner agencies to keep communities safe and well managed.

Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for a long-term contract where you can genuinely make an impact?

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected London housing provider for a Housing Officer to manage a diverse patch and deliver a first-class housing management service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a well-established organisation committed to providing high-quality homes and services to its residents.

This is a true generalist Housing Officer position, giving you exposure to the full tenancy lifecycle, including tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, income collection, lettings, allocations, tenancy sustainment and resident engagement.

The Role

As a Housing Officer, you'll be responsible for managing your own housing patch and delivering excellent customer-focused services to residents.

You'll work closely with residents, local authorities and internal teams to ensure communities remain safe, sustainable and well managed.

About You

You'll have experience managing a housing patch and delivering excellent tenancy management services within a Housing Association or Local Authority. You'll be comfortable handling ASB, rent arrears, lettings and tenancy-related issues, while building strong relationships with residents and partner agencies. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and committed to delivering positive outcomes for both residents and communities.
