Job summary

Tempest Resourcing Limited in West London is seeking an experienced Housing Officer for a part-time, ongoing role. You will be visible in the community, build strong resident relationships and deliver a high-quality housing management service across estates.

Responsibilities include tenancy visits, estate inspections, addressing anti-social behaviour, supporting residents to sustain tenancies, coordinating with contractors and partner agencies, and responding to enquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy management within housing or community setting.
• Strong customer service and community engagement skills.
• Ability to respond to enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Experience conducting estate inspections and neighbourly liaison.

• Monitoring estate standards and helping drive improvements across the community.
• Identifying safeguarding concerns and making appropriate referrals where necessary.

Working directly from the offices and estates, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive an excellent service and that neighbourhoods remain safe, well-maintained and welcoming places to live.
