Job summary

Wheatley Homes Glasgow is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to deliver a high-quality housing management service. You will build strong relationships with customers and partner agencies to support community development and improved neighbourhood outcomes.

The successful candidate will have at least two years’ Housing Officer experience (or be part of Ignite) with a proven track record in rental income collection, void and neighbourhood management, and will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving

About the role

You will work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience working in a Housing Officer role or be part of our internal Ignite graduate programme, with a proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void and neighbourhood management.

You will be an enthusiastic and caring professional who can work, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly innovating and improving organisation.

The role will involve working from home, with regular travel required to allocated patch and Group offices.
