Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a Plymouth housing team on a temporary contract, covering a patch of bungalows for older residents. Responsibilities

• Manage a designated patch of properties, overseeing day-to-day tenancy management activities.

• Undertake estate inspections and property visits with appropriate follow-up action.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and partners to resolve housing matters.

• Maintain accurate records, case notes and housing management documentation.
• Monitor tenancy issues and take action in line with policies and legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• The confidence to undertake estate visits, engage with residents and work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
