Job summary

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) in Exeter is seeking a Housing Officer to manage tenancy, lease and neighbourhood services across communities. You will work from the Exeter office part of the week and travel across the region, maintaining strong relationships with residents and partners.

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is one of the largest housing associations in England. We provide 86,000 homes and invest in communities across London, the South East, South West and East of England, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable homes every year.

We're excited to be recruiting for a new Housing Officer role to join our existing team of Housing, ASB and Scheme officers. Based from our Exeter Office 2 days a week, with extensive travel across the area.

You’ll manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and out with our customers, colleagues and partner agencies.

We will be offering £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

The Role:

As a Housing Officer, you'll be the visible and proactive within your community. Working directly with residents, colleagues, and partners to deliver customer-focused services. You'll play a key role in tenancy, lease, and neighbourhood management, ensuring that our services are safe, compliant, and responsive.
