Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in Exeter are recruiting a Housing Officer to manage tenancy, leasehold and neighbourhood services across our communities. You will balance customer focus with regulatory compliance and work across our partners to deliver safe, accessible housing.

Based from our Exeter Office two days a week with travel across the area, you will build strong local relationships, maintain accurate records and use data insights to improve services while promoting our values of inclusion and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tenancy, lease, or neighbourhood management services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative approach across teams and external stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of landlord services and its practical application.
• Customer-first mindset with a track record of positive outcomes.
• Confidence using digital tools to support service delivery.
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Salary:

£32,000.00 - £40,000.00 Per year

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is one of the largest housing associations in England. We provide 86,000 homes and invest in communities across London, the South East, South West and East of England, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable homes every year.

We're excited to be recruiting for a new Housing Officer role to join our existing team of Housing, ASB and Scheme officers. Based from our Exeter Office 2 days a week, with extensive travel across the area.

You’ll manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and out with our customers, colleagues and partner agencies.

We will be offering £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

The Role:

As a Housing Officer, you’ll be the visible and proactive within your community. Working directly with residents, colleagues, and partners to deliver customer-focused services.

You’ll play a key role in tenancy, lease, and neighbourhood management, ensuring that our services are safe, compliant, and responsive.

What you’ll be doing:
