Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking an Extra Care Services Manager to lead all housing and care services within a designated Extra Care scheme. You will oversee property management, care provision, and regulatory compliance to ensure residents live with dignity and autonomy.

You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, monitor performance using data, and focus on delivering high resident satisfaction while operating within budget and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing housing, care, or Extra Care services.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to housing and care services, including compliance and registration requirements.
• Experience of managing operations, performance, and quality standards in a housing or care setting.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently, demonstrating business acumen.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience of managing teams in a housing or care setting.
• Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship or willing to work towards if not held
• Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards if not held

Responsibilities
