Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Housing Manager to lead a regional team delivering housing and tenancy services across the Northwest with regional travel. You’ll ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well-managed while supporting residents to sustain tenancies.

You will drive performance against KPIs and Tenant Satisfaction measures, provide day-to-day guidance, and collaborate with partners to continuously improve services across your region. This role is 25 hours per week and permanent.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Location: Northwest with regional travel when required

Working Hours: 25 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £38,960 - £56,010 FTE (£26,324.32 - £37,844.59 pro rata)

As the Housing Manager, you will lead a team delivering high-quality housing management and tenancy sustainment services across your region. About You

You'll be an experienced housing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering quality services.

You will have:

  • Experience in housing management, ideally with vulnerable or complex needs
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy management, arrears, and housing processes
  • The ability to manage priorities and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach

A relevant housing or management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
