Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Team Leader in Enable, Enfield to supervise Recovery Coordinators within our Service, supporting the Services Manager to deliver high-quality care, monitor performance, and ensure KPIs are met. You will lead, motivate, and develop staff, ensuring consistent, person-centered support for service users throughout their recovery journey.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the drug and alcohol sector.
  • Experience managing a caseload.
  • Experience leading or supervising a small team.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor and coach staff and volunteers to support their development.
  • Oversee a team of Recovery Coordinators and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely written/verbal updates.
  • Support service development by engaging service users in design and delivery improvements.
  • Ensure services are inclusive and accessible with attention to underrepresented groups.
  • Collaborate with the Services Manager to monitor performance and KPIs.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,220 - £43,590

About the Role

As a Team Leader , you will play a key role in managing a team of Recovery Coordinators within our Service. You will support the Services Manager in delivering high-quality services, monitoring performance, and improving processes to ensure contractual requirements and KPIs are met.

You will lead and motivate a team of Recovery Coordinators, ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care and support throughout their recovery journey.

What You'll Do

To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:

We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and passionate about supporting people affected by substance misuse.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience working within the drug and alcohol sector.
  • Experience managing a caseload.
  • Experience leading or supervising a small team.
  • Strong IT skills , including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
