Job summary

Porchlight is hiring a Housing Management professional to ensure homes for residents are safe, welcoming and well maintained.

You will perform regular property checks, manage void cleans, and help keep communal areas tidy while ensuring tenancy agreements are up-to-date and understood by residents.

This is an on-site, permanent role requiring a full driving licence and commitment to safeguarding residents and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy in record keeping.
• A full driving licence and access to a car (where applicable).
• A good understanding of Housing Management duties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular checks of Porchlight properties to ensure safety and maintenance.
• Undertake void cleans and support cleaning and upkeep of communal areas.
• Ensure residents' tenancy and licence agreements are up-to-date and understood.
• Support safeguarding and welfare of residents and visitors.
