Trent & Dove is seeking an Income Officer to join our Housing Service. The role focuses on managing patch-based accounts up to eviction, recovering arrears, and promoting tenancy sustainment while collaborating with other teams to ensure a high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of welfare reform, and a valid driving licence, with a focus on delivering fair outcomes for vulnerable customers and meeting performance targets.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage case loads and meet targets.
• Knowledge of welfare reform and related benefits.
• Ability to communicate with people at varying levels and resolve conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patch-based accounts up to eviction stage and through arrears recovery.
• Promote tenancy sustainment while handling enforcement and debt recovery, representing TDH in County Court if needed.
• Deliver high-quality customer service at all times.
• Comply with Income procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide a high-quality income management service.
