Trent and Dove Housing is seeking an Income Officer in the United Kingdom to manage patch-based accounts up to eviction and drive arrears recovery. The role focuses on tenancy sustainment, accuracy, sensitivity, and engagement with the County Court for possession or warrant actions.

You will deliver high-quality income management support, work with external partners to assist vulnerable customers, and communicate effectively to meet targets and drive positive outcomes for residents and TDH.

Qualifikationen

• Up to date knowledge on welfare reform and associated benefits.
• Ability to manage caseloads and be target driven.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to relate and communicate with people on varying levels, whilst managing conflict.
• Drive to make a difference through income management.
• Full, valid driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Managing patch based accounts up to eviction stage, through the arrears recovery process.
• Promote tenancy sustainment whilst managing through enforcement to recover debt and represent TDH at County Court for possession/warrant actions.
• Deliver high end customer service at all times.
• Comply with TDH Income procedures and company policies.
• Support the provision of a high-quality income management service in partnership with other teams across Housing Service area.
• Work with external stakeholders to identify vulnerable customers and offer appropriate support.
• Communicate effectively to meet targets and maintain strong working relationships.
